I'm Laura, founder of LJH Design Studio.
I have been involved in the creative industry for over 15 years, mainly working on store and visual design. During that time I have worked closely with high profile brands such as Marc Jacobs, Juicy Couture, Christian Louboutin, Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger and Victoria's Secret.
My roles have invariably included working with marketing teams in creating props for launches, campaign shoots, pop-ups, collaboration events and fashion shows. During my career I have launched in excess of 150 window schemes across the UK, throughout Europe and in the Middle East.
I was born and raised in London, England, however, have spent several years living and working overseas and have travelled extensively for both business and personal reasons. My enthusiasm for design keeps me up to date with the latest trends in a variety of industries.
From the age of 13, website design was one of my favourite hobbies. Although the first decade of my career took me into the fashion and retail industry, being creative in a digital space has always been a passion and truly what I find my best skill to be.
Since moving to Washington DC in the Autumn of 2017, I created LJH Design Studio, a way for me to help small businesses focus on what they are best at: their product or service, and for me to bring it to life.
